How the process works
- Strategy call. We look at what exists today: your Google listing, any old website, Facebook page and directory listings.
- Sit-down meeting. About an hour, in person or by phone. We talk through your services, your customers and what makes you different, and gather photos.
- First draft. Usually within two weeks, you'll see the full site. We walk through it with you.
- Changes and launch. We make your edits, connect your domain and put it live.
- Ongoing care. Updates, new photos, seasonal changes and a quick monthly report.

Yes, and we recommend it. We can photograph your shop, team and finished jobs, or work with photos you already have.
What happens if something needs changing later?
Call or email us. Small updates like new hours, prices or photos are part of our care plans.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain and the website are yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
